Individuals may contact Point Healthcare Services by phone, email, mail, or through the website. You may also submit your concern in writing.
The appropriate member of our leadership team will review the concern and gather any additional information needed to fully understand the situation.
We will communicate the outcome of our review and work toward an appropriate resolution whenever possible, keeping you informed throughout the process.
If the concern cannot be resolved internally or involves another organization or program, we will provide information about additional options available through your Managed Care Organization (MCO), the Washington State Health Care Authority, the Washington State Department of Health, or other appropriate oversight agencies.
